You can always tell a good bakers by what is left after the lunchtime rush - and generally there is not a lot. So go early and place your order or telephone ahead. Delicious fresh rolls and sausage rolls etc with a wide range of fillings to choose from also excellent value.

    Cakes are lovely!

       

    On the odd occasion I will make the trip to Middlethorpe Bun Shop on my lunch and it's definately worth the drive. They make your buns/rolls up there and then, so you know everything is fresh! You try your hardest to not buy any of the cakes, but you can't resist them and are great value!

    Awesome bun shop

       

    I used to go here every day when i was at school all those years ago and i must say, whenever i go in now i still love their buns and cakes! Their buns are fresh and healthy and never fail! I'd definitely recommend anyone to try them!! I really wish i lived closer!!

    Best buns

       

    More than a bun shop, this bakery is really good. The aroma from the shop really gets your tastes buds tingling. I know a lot of people travel to this shop, going out of their way, to get the best filled buns in the area. Luckily it's in walking distance for me, so I have the best bakery on my doorstep!
