i am fed up of flytippers went down sth sea lane on saturday and some kind pers on had dumped a huge pile of laylandi trees at the side of the road hope they are caught not much chance i suppose

I am a great believer in that the punishment should match the crime. Whoever the fly-tipper is should be made to pick up their own rubbish and dispose of it properly while the rest of South Sea Lane residents watch them. Everyone will know who they are and hopefully they will be shamed. But as you say, pantanipirate, not much hope!
