Night road closures for improvement works from Hewitts Avenue

As part of the North East Lincolnshire Council programme of carriageway renewal works for 2012/13, sections of Peaks Parkway and Hewitts Avenue are being renewed.
The section of Peaks Parkway being renewed is between Weelsby Road and Low Farm Roundabout and the section of Hewitts Avenue is between Low Farm Roundabout and Peaks Lane traffic signals.
Cemex Surfacing Ltd. is carrying out the works, which began yesterday. They are expected to take up to two weeks to complete.
The work will involve resurfacing of the carriageway to a depth of 40mm.
Roads will be closed during the works which are being carried out between 7pm and 7am. Signage will alert drivers to road closures.
The works are being managed on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council by Balfour Beatty WorkPlace, who would like to apologise for any disruption caused by these vital repairs.
