Humberside Police have charged a man following an incident on Victoria Street in Grimsby.

Man charged with touching a 13 year old girl in Victoria Street Grimsby
Benjamin Forester (32) of Eleanor Street in Grimsby was arrested by police and charged with assaulting a girl under 13 by touching.
Forester was arrested by police following the incident which happened on Victoria Street in Grimsby, close to House of Fraser, at around 1.30pm on Sunday, June 17.
He was kept in police custody and appeared at Grimsby Magistrates Court this morning (Tuesday, June 19).
Officers are still conducting enquiries into the incident and are appealing for anyone who may have information to call Humberside Police tel 101 quoting crime reference 1913441.
